Cranberry and White Chocolate Scones

I ended up adding a 1/2 cup or so more flour (probably because of the wheat flour I used).  Anyway, Just add flour until it's not so sticky that it's impossible to work with.  Some tips I read other places, really emphasis not over working the dough.
