Lol! When I first clicked on the page and saw, "Keeping Chickens in Seratoga Springs," my first thought was, "why on earth wouldn't we want chickens to be able leave Seratoga Springs? Is this some kind of 'support local' thing?"
Then I realized it was talking about a family who OWNS chickens. A little double-taker there. :D
